Who you are dealing with

This site and the services on it are provided by Rank Visibility, TODO — registered address, Kolkata, West Bengal, India ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying anything through it, you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.

Using this site

You may read, share and quote our pages. You may not:

• Copy substantial parts of the site to republish as your own.
• Scrape it at a rate that affects other visitors, or bypass any technical limits we set.
• Use it to distribute malware, spam, or anything unlawful.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours.

Articles, guides and case studies are published as general information. They are not advice for your specific situation, and acting on them is your own commercial decision.

Buying a course

• Prices shown are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST. GST is added at the applicable rate and shown to you in full before you pay, so the total on the checkout screen is the amount charged. Your bank may add a conversion or international fee we have no control over.
• A booking is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation. Until then, a seat is not held.
• Seats are personal. You may transfer one to someone else before the session starts, but you may not resell it or share access with people who have not paid.
• Sessions are delivered live and online. Dates, timings and format can change; if they change in a way that does not work for you, ourRefund & Cancellation Policy applies.
• Course materials, recordings and templates are licensed to you for your own use and your employer's internal use. Do not redistribute, resell or teach from them.
• Anyone disrupting a live session can be removed without a refund. This has not happened yet and we would rather it stayed that way.

Agency services

Retainers, projects and consulting are governed by a written proposal or statement of work, which sets out scope, fees, timelines and notice periods. Where that document and these terms conflict, that document wins. Alongside it:

• What you provide: timely access to the accounts, content and approvals the work needs. Delays on that side move the timeline, not the fee.
• Third-party costs: ad spend, tool licences and similar are yours, billed at cost, and separate from our fees unless the proposal says otherwise.
• Ownership: once we have been paid in full for a piece of work, the deliverables produced specifically for you are yours. Our own methods, internal tooling and pre-existing materials remain ours.
• Portfolio: we may describe the work and name you as a client unless you tell us in writing not to.
• Confidentiality: each side keeps the other's non-public information private, and uses it only for the engagement.

No guarantee of results

We are good at this, and we will tell you honestly what we expect. But search rankings, ad performance and revenue depend on competitors, platform algorithms, your market and your own product — none of which any agency controls. Nothing on this site, in a proposal, or in a course is a promise of a particular ranking, traffic level, lead volume or return. Figures we publish describe past work for other businesses and are not a forecast for yours.

Payment

Invoices are due on the terms stated on them. We may pause work on overdue accounts after written notice. Course seats are paid in full at booking. Payments are processed by Razorpay under their own terms; we never see or store your card or bank details.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or loss of anticipated savings.
• Our total liability for any claim connected to a course is capped at what you paid for that seat.
• Our total liability for any claim connected to agency services is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
• The site is provided as it is. We aim to keep it accurate and available, but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Links to other sites

We link to third-party sites and tools where they are genuinely useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their pricing or how they handle your data.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in ourPrivacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you use the site or place an order, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be raised with you directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either side may seek an injunction wherever it is needed. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove protections you have under the mandatory law of your own country.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Not enforcing something straight away does not mean we have given up the right to. Nobody other than you and us can enforce these terms.
