Course fees are non-refundable

Once you have booked a seat, the fee is not refundable — not before the batch, not after it starts, and not if you do not attend. This is deliberate, and it is the same reason the price is what it is: the fee is a commitment. Seats are capped so there is time for everyone's questions, and a seat held by someone who does not turn up is a seat nobody else could take.

Please be sure the format suits you before you pay. Thecourse page sets out who it is for, what is covered and how the sessions run, and the questions at the foot of that page answer most of what people ask. If something there is unclear, email contact@rankvisibility.com or message+91 96743 21169 on WhatsApp before booking. We would much rather talk you out of a seat than take money for one you did not want.

When we do refund you

There are two situations where you get your money back in full, without having to ask twice:

• We cancel the batch. Full refund, no questions, no time limit — including if you have already attended part of it.
• We move the batch to dates that do not work for you. Seats are sometimes sold before dates are announced. If the dates we set do not suit you, tell us before that batch begins and you get a full refund.

If you were charged twice, or charged for a seat you never received a confirmation for, that is our error and we refund it in full as soon as you tell us.

Sending someone else instead

Your seat is not refundable, but it is not wasted either. Up until the session starts you can pass it to someone else — send us their name, email and phone number and we will move the booking across. There is no charge for this.

How refunds are paid

• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card, UPI ID or bank account.
• Where a refund is due under the section above, we initiate it within3 working days. Razorpay and your bank then take a further5 to 7 working days to show the money in your account.
• Refunds are made in Indian Rupees for the amount paid, GST included. We do not cover currency conversion differences, card issuer charges or international transaction fees.

How courses are delivered

AI Lab courses are delivered live and online — there is nothing physical to ship. Once your payment is confirmed you get an immediate confirmation on screen and by email. Joining details, including the meeting link, are sent to the WhatsApp number and email address you gave at checkout, at the latest 24 hours before the session begins. If you have not received them by then, contact us and we will resend.

Agency services

Retainers, projects and consulting are not bought through this page. They run on a signed proposal or statement of work, and the cancellation notice, payment schedule and any refund terms are set out in that document. Where the document is silent:

• Monthly retainers can be ended with 30 days' written notice from either side.
• Fees already invoiced for work completed or in progress are not refundable, because the time has been spent.
• Money paid up front for work not yet started is refunded in full, less any third-party costs already committed on your behalf, such as ad spend or tool licences.

We do not offer refunds on the basis of ranking, traffic or revenue outcomes. Search and advertising results depend on factors outside any agency's control, and no honest agency guarantees them. What we commit to is the work, described in the proposal.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, tell us first — most issues are settled the same day. Raising a chargeback with your bank before contacting us tends to freeze the amount for weeks and helps nobody. We will contest chargebacks made on services already delivered.

Disputes

If you disagree with a decision on a refund, emailcontact@rankvisibility.com with the order reference and we will review it. Anything unresolved after that is governed by ourTerms & Conditions.
