Our take

A couple of things we’ll push back on

Opt-in quality beats list size. A 5,000-contact opted-in list outperforms a 50,000 scraped one, every time. Scraped lists kill your sender reputation within weeks.

Bots should hand off, not pretend. If the bot can't resolve in two or three turns, route to a human. Nothing burns a brand faster than a customer stuck in an "I didn't understand that" loop.
